BUSINESS ETHICS
CarTown
USA For the past 3 years, SIFE has worked with high school and middle school students about the importance
of ethics with the help of “ethics on wheels” Car Town USA. Car Town USA is an interactive
ethics game developed by The Southern Institute for Business and Professional Ethics in
Atlanta. The purpose of this project is for students to learn to make ethical decisions, even if it
negatively affects their business. The simulation gets students talking about their behavior and
to recognize the damage that unethical behavior can cause.
CarTown 2007
On November 15,
2007, SIFE members Christian Askins, Annie Sokol
and Janey Bankston presented the CarTown USA business ethics
case to Computer Science students at Winder-Barrow High School.
The two videos below are excerpts from their presentations.
